Harlequin ladybirds.

Description

Just back from visiting friends in Lytham and was thrilled to see so many lady birds in their garden. Yes they are Harlequins and not native, but they are interesting. So many colours and patterns. And to see them getting ready to fly was amazing to watch. Till now I didn’t what a ladybird looked like under its shell.  Just fascinating.
